This CLE will train advocates to prepare and conduct successful client interviews with survivors of significant gender based violence, including children. This training will feature tips, strategies, and clear example of eliciting relevant facts from a survivor of gender based violence for an asylum claim and to transform the survivor's story into an affidavit that is persuasive to the adjudicator.
