The Vera Institute of Justice and National Partnership for New Americans (NPNA) are planning to launch a Campaign for Universal Representation in 2022! The campaign will advocate for federal legislation that guarantees the right to legal representation for individuals whose life, liberty or community ties are at risk in the immigration system.
