This training will detail recognition and accreditation, the Department of Justice (DOJ) certification that allows non-attorney staff and volunteers with non-profit agencies to provide immigration legal services and represent clients before agencies of DHS. We will discuss the requirements and process for submitting both new and renewal applications for DOJ recognition for non-profit organizations and DOJ accreditation for the organization’s staff.
