Participants will be introduced to the procedures to request bond to the immigration court as well as explore potential arguments to release immigrant survivors from detention. The goal of this webinar is to prepare immigration law practitioners, domestic violence and sexual assault advocates to effectively address detention and ICE enforcement action related issues.
