Don't miss the opportunity to meet with and learn from nationally-recognized experts. Get to know your fellow practitioners from around the state and hear how they are dealing with tough issues. A keynote presentation will review and analyze what the future holds for immigration issues after the election. New this year is an expanded optional Wednesday pre-conference session entitled Fundamentals of Immigration and Nationality Law. This session is ideal for new practitioners or as a refresher for experienced practitioners. The main program includes longer sessions designed to leave practitioners with tools, forms, tips and guidance on key decision points and strategies in family-based immigration cases and employment-based immigration cases, and the increasing importance of removal and relief from removal.
