Casa Cornelia Law Center

Organization Description:

Casa Cornelia Law Center (CCLC) is a 501(c)(3) public interest law firm providing quality legal services to victims of human and civil rights violations. CCLC has a primary commitment to indigent persons within the immigrant community in Southern California. CCLC seeks to educate others regarding the impact of immigration law and policy on the community and the public good.

Pro Bono Project:

Due to the ever increasing need for pro bono representation, we rely on the assistance of volunteer attorneys from the private sector to maximize our service to the poor.

If you are a licensed attorney and interested in our programs, we invite you to contact us to discuss volunteer options. We offer a wide variety of opportunities in our Asylum and Unaccompanied Children Programs. As a Casa Cornelia volunteer you will receive training and mentorship throughout your representation. Attorneys interested in volunteering should contact Katherine Paculba Lacher, Pro Bono Program Director at (619) 231-7788, extension 304 or email kpaculba@CasaCornelia.org
