UNLV Immigration Clinic

The UNLV Immigration is part of the Thomas & Mack Legal Clinic within the William S. Boyd School of Law. The Clinic has four areas of representation 1) Unaccompanied children in removal proceedings. These are children who entered the U.S. without a parent or guardian and were placed into immigration court proceedings. 2) Adults detained by ICE in Southern Nevada. 3) University Legal Services (ULS) program provides general immigration related legal service to UNLV and CSN (College of Southern Nevada) students, their family household members, and parents/stepparents and children/stepchildren, and UNLV and CSN staff who earn less than $80,000 annually. 4) DACA renewal assistance for all Nevadans.
