Children's Legal Center (CLC) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that provides free immigration legal services to children and families. Clients we represent are undocumented: children & families, victims of domestic abuse, human trafficking victims and asylum seekers. CLC's UAC Program is funded by Vera Institute and specifically represents unaccompanied minors who are either currently in or have been released from ORR custody.

Areas of immigration legal assistance: Adjustment of Status, Asylum applications, Employment authorization, Removal hearings, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status, T visas, Temporary Protected Status (TPS), U visas, Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) petitions
Populations served: Domestic Violence Victims, Human Trafficking Survivors, Individuals who are not in legal immigration status, Individuals with physical/mental disabilities, Juveniles, Lesbian, gay, bisexual & transgender, Torture survivors
