CUASVAHH INC is located in Jacksonville, FL and is an accredited nonprofit organization that services the underserved community through its Immigrant Services Program ( ISP). - Helping our Community One immigrant at A Time- The Immigrant Services Program provides comprehensive legal immigration services at a sliding scales fee using the 125% poverty guidelines to mostly the Haitian community and the LGBTQA community of Duval county, but we welcome every client that cannot afford a private attorney. Our organization also provides trainings and community outreach throughout Jacksonville using our pro-bono attorneys and volunteers. Our services also include but is not limited to translation, tax preparation for non-documented immigrant/or new immigrant, ESL and Civic classes, referrals, Document retrieval, and simplified Divorce .

Areas of immigration legal assistance: Adjustment of Status, Asylum applications, Consular Processing, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), Employment authorization, Employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant petitions, Family-based petitions, Habeas Corpus, Naturalization/Citizenship, Removal hearings, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status, Temporary Protected Status (TPS), Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) petitions
