Immigrant Justice Idaho
|
|
IJI provides at least 50 hours of free representation before the Idaho immigration courts per year and offers other services on a sliding scale. As a referral service, IJI offers immigration relief eligibility screenings for no or low cost depending on income levels, identifies potential immigration benefits, obstacles, and places cases with competent and affordable providers where possible. Anyone interested in IJI’s services should attend one of the pre-scheduled presentation and consultation days. Individuals living in Idaho or required to appear before the Idaho immigration court are eligible (including those living in Malheur county, Oregon residents).
