The mission of the Catholic Multicultural Center's Immigration Legal Program is to provide affordable immigration legal services to immigrants who are unable to afford the fees of private attorneys.  Nominal fees are charged for services.

Counties served: Columbia, Dane, Grant, Green Lake, Iowa, Jefferson, Lafayette, Marquette, Rock, Sauk

Services Provided

Areas of immigration legal assistance: Adjustment of Status, Asylum applications, Consular Processing, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), Employment authorization, Family-based petitions, Naturalization/Citizenship, Temporary Protected Status (TPS), U visas, Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) petitions
Populations served: Domestic Violence Victims, Farm workers, Individuals who are not in legal immigration status, Individuals with criminal histories, Individuals with physical/mental disabilities, Juveniles, Lesbian, gay, bisexual & transgender, Torture survivors
Languages spoken: Arabic, English, French, Russian, Signers for the deaf: ASL, Spanish, interpreters available for several languages - inquire
