Orlando Center for Justice, Inc. is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization providing legal services for those who make too much to qualify for legal aid, but not enough to afford a private attorney. Services are provided pro bono and at a low cost to clients. Our goal is that 20 percent of all clients served are pro bono services. This organization is run by Florida licensed attorneys and all board members are also licensed attorneys in good standing and able to practice in Florida and before the immigration courts and BIA. Our organization is also involved in traditional community outreach and education throughout Central Florida and innovative ways to provide greater access to justice. Current practice areas include family immigration and deportation defense, wills and small business incorporation.

Areas of immigration legal assistance: Adjustment of Status, Asylum applications, Consular Processing, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), Employment authorization, Family-based petitions, Naturalization/Citizenship, Removal hearings, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status, T visas, Temporary Protected Status (TPS), U visas, Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) petitions
Populations served: Detained individuals, Domestic Violence Victims, Farm workers, Human Trafficking Survivors, Individuals who are not in legal immigration status, Individuals with criminal histories, Individuals with physical/mental disabilities, Juveniles, Lesbian, gay, bisexual & transgender, Torture survivors
