CIR offers immigrant legal services to help meet the legal requirements for immigration benefits.  Affidavits, filing of specific and complicated forms, background searches, keeping up with constantly changing immigration policy and requirements, and many other types of documentation are all a part of CIR's legal services.  We are taking limited Asylum cases and SIJS

Areas of immigration legal assistance: Adjustment of Status, Asylum applications, Consular Processing, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), Employment authorization, Family-based petitions, NACARA, Naturalization/Citizenship, Removal hearings, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status, Temporary Protected Status (TPS), U visas, Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) petitions
Populations served: Detained individuals, Domestic Violence Victims, Farm workers, Human Trafficking Survivors, Individuals who are not in legal immigration status, Juveniles, Torture survivors
