Immigration Counseling Service (Portland Office)
Immigration Counseling Service (ICS) is a not-for-profit immigration law firm dedicated to improving the lives of Oregon's immigrant communities through access to affordable legal services and educational forums. We assist people in many types of immigration matters, including family-based petitions; visas for victims of crime, domestic violence and trafficking; asylees and refugees fleeing violence in the Middle East, Eastern Europe, Asia, Africa, and Central America. Through a contract with the United States Committee on Refugees and Immigrants, ICS provides social services advocacy, case management and referral services to trafficking survivors, and represents unaccompanied minors through a grant from the Vera Institute of Justice. ICS also welcomes LGBTQ communities and works closely with them to provide immigration services.
