The Katharine & George Alexander Community Law Center (KGACLC) of Santa Clara University provides pro bono legal consultation to low-income individuals in a wide range of areas. We help low-income members of the community understand their legal rights.

Areas of immigration legal assistance: Adjustment of Status, Asylum applications, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), Employment authorization, Naturalization/Citizenship, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status, T visas, U visas, Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) petitions
Populations served: Domestic Violence Victims, Farm workers, Human Trafficking Survivors, Individuals who are not in legal immigration status
Languages spoken: English, Spanish, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Tagalog (upon law student availability)
