Hispanic Equal Legal Protection. (HELP) provides accessible programs educating, advocating and representing the low-income families within communities in Oklahoma. Services range from  legal aid programs and educational workshops to attorney representation in court hearings. All cases are confidential and subject to review and progran pre-qualification.
