The Immigration Services Program of Catholic Charities, Diocese of Metuchen provides low-cost, immigration legal services on common immigration matters. Our program is formally recognized by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), and all of our legal representatives are DOJ Accredited. Our program specializes in Adjustments of Status, Naturalization, TPS Renewals, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) initial applications and renewals, applications for Employment Authorization, U Visas, and VAWA Petitions. We also provide general consultations. We have program offices in Perth Amboy, New Brunswick, and Phillipsburg, New Jersey.
