The Advocates for Human Rights

The Advocates for Human Rights provides free legal services to low-income asylum seekers, unaccompanied children, trafficking survivors, and immigrants in detention in Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota, and provides technical assistance and support to attorneys nationwide. The Advocates for Human Rights helps coordinate the Minnesota Detention Project and Juvenile Docket Screening Project to ensure access to legal services at the Fort Snelling Immigration Court.
