The Center for Gender & Refugee Studies (CGRS) provides support to attorneys representing individuals in asylum, withholding of removal, and Convention Against Torture ("fear-of-return") claims. This webinar focuses on how to effectively use resources available through CGRS's Technical Assistance Program as a strategy in representation. CGRS maintains a Technical Assistance Library that enables advocates to access litigation support materials on-demand. We will demonstrate new features to our online portal, review how to obtain resources tailored to your case, give tips on how to use the materials, and provide an overview of our Expert Witness Database. We will also discuss how CGRS utilizes case outcomes to inform guidance. This webinar is open to new and seasoned users of CGRS's Technical Assistance Program.
