The training will give participants an in-depth overview of the immigration court system and direct and circuit court appeals. Topics will include:

• Court procedures
• Asylum, withholding of removal and CAT
• Other forms of relief, criminal convictions and waivers
• Appeals to the Board of Immigration Appeals and Ninth Circuit
