Building Skills Partnership
BSP's mission is to empower property and airport service workers and their families to achieve personal and professional success through skills development, education, and community advancement. BSP serves SEIU-USWW members and other property service workers throughout California. These workers include janitors, security officers, maintenance and custodial workers, stadium and arena employees, airport workers, and others who provide essential services that keep buildings and public facilities safe, clean, and operational. Our Immigration Legal Services (ILS) provides high-quality immigration legal services to *SEIU-USWW members, helping them understand their legal options and navigate the complex immigration system to pursue pathways to stability and security.
