The Tahirih Justice Center provides legal services that are targeted at immigrant women and girls who have experienced or are fleeing gender-based violence. Types of immigration legal representation include gender-based asylum claims, U visas, T visas, VAWA, and SIJS cases. The Atlanta office provides services to survivors throughout Georgia.
