Hispanic Affairs Project
The Hispanic Affairs Project (HAP) is a BIA Accredited nonprofit organization serving the immigrant population in Western Colorado communities. Legal Services primarily include legal consultations, DACA initial/renewal applications, citizenship, residency renewal, and limited family-based petitions. HAP also makes referrals to ILA immigration attorneys for cases involving criminal history or complicated immigration history.
HAP's Immigration Legal Assistance Program complements its ongoing work in support of immigrant and refugee integration, leadership development and advocacy.
