Domestic Violence Clinic at University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law
While the James E. Rogers College of Law's Domestic Violence Clinic is continuing to represent survivors of IPV, sexual assault, and trafficking, the Clinic's focus is on family law representation. The Clinic does help our survivors draft declarations for the purposes of their immigration cases, but we now refer that part of the case out to immigration practitioners. The Clinic provides continuing legal training and experience for new James E. Rogers College of Law graduates; and promoting professionalism and public service among James E. Rogers College of Law graduates and students.
