Korean American Community Services (KACS) is the largest and oldest Korean social service agency in the Chicago metropolitan area. It is a BIA recognized agency that serves low-income clients who need affordable immigration services. Our Citizenship, Immigration, and Legal Services department offers free citizenship application services, free citizenship classes, and low-cost immigration application services.
