Somali Bantus began arriving in Houston in 2003. There are currently over 720 Somali Bantu refugees in the Houston, Texas area. This office partners with the Bhutanese-American Association of Houston and other multi-ethnic organizations to ensure that all refugees and immigrants have access to services.
