The Agricultural Worker Project (AWP) of Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services, Inc. (SMRLS) provides civil legal services to agricultural workers throughout Minnesota and North Dakota. The types of cases AWP handles include: wage theft, workplace health and safety violations, concerns related to employer-provided housing, employment discrimination and retaliation, H-2A contract violations, and T visas for victims of labor trafficking. It has offices in Moorhead, Minnesota and Saint Paul, Minnesota.
