Jewish Community Services of South Florida (JCS) Rescue and Migration Program provides a wide range of services to persons seeking consultation on immigration-related matters. Assistance is carried out by Department of Justice Accredited Representatives to the Citizenship and Immigration Services. Since there is no attorney on staff, not all requests can be handled. Family petitions, adjustment of status, extensions and change of non-immigrant status, removal of conditions on temporary residence, citizenship applications, and other such services are offered. The agency does not process business-related applications.
