The Katharine & George Alexander Community Law Center (KGACLC) of Santa Clara University provides pro bono legal consultation to low-income individuals in a wide range of areas. We help low-income members of the community understand their legal rights.

||Adjustment of Status, Asylum applications, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), Employment authorization, Naturalization/Citizenship, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status, T visas, U visas, Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) petitions
|Types of immigration legal services provided:
||Help completing forms, Filings with USCIS, Representation at Asylum Interviews (Credible Fear Interviews, Reasonable Fear Interviews), Representation before the Immigration Court, Representation before the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA)

||Consumer, Debt/Credit/Bankruptcy, Employment
||Administrative advocacy (CIS/ICE/CBP), Department of Justice (DOJ)/Office for Victims of Crime (OVC)-funded services for trafficking victims
