As we continue to receive an influx of immigration clients being bused from NYC, the need for change of venue has risen. Clients have many reasons for changes of venue including pretrial publicity, bias, political atmosphere, and any other circumstance that the parties believe would prevent them from obtaining a fair trial in the county in which the case was originally filed.

Join us as we learn how to file a motion to change venue/change of address and how to assure the client receives a fair trial. There will be a time following the presentation for Q&A.
