Topic:

The presentation aims to deliver tailored guidance for advocates navigating evidence gathering and assistance from experts in the comparatively short timeline provided to dedicated docket cases. This training is geared toward attorneys, including pro bono attorneys, that already have dedicated docket cases, those interested in taking a dedicated dockets case, and practitioners new to the dedicated docket.

Cases on the "Dedicated Docket" are certain family group immigration cases that must be adjudicated within 300 days of the initial Master Calendar Hearing. This virtual training will provide information, considerations, and practical pointers regarding evidence collection for these types of cases. The panelists will also address best practices in working closely and together with experts to advance the clients' case, with information, tips, and reflections directly from two experts themselves.
