In June, the Citizenship and Immigration Services Ombudsman issued Recommendation 63, which addresses the challenges facing the funding of our nation’s immigration services and the process USCIS uses to review and set fees.

It will address a particularly crucial subject, given that it is likely that USCIS will complete its fee study and propose to adjust immigration and naturalization fees before the end of the year.
