This one-hour webinar will provide advocates with a brief overview of case law and common challenges relating to fear-of-return claims based on female genital cutting (FGC). CGRS attorneys will highlight general practice pointers for FGC claims as well as strategies tailored to specific case scenarios, including past FGC, fear of future FGC to the applicant, and fear of future FGC to the applicant’s children.
