Webinar Series: Selected Issues in U Nonimmigrant Status

In week four, they will review the law and procedure relating to adjustment of status for U principals and derivatives. Presenters will discuss renewed scrutiny of previously waived grounds of inadmissibility and the importance of supporting applications with positive discretionary evidence. They will address representation of U status holders with outstanding removal orders, lapsed U status and those who no longer have a qualifying relationship with the principal beneficiary.
