Please join the Center for Gender & Refugee Studies (CGRS) - California for an in-person training in on appellate practice before the Board of Immigration Appeals in fear-of-return claims, including asylum, withholding of removal, and Convention Against Torture (CAT) claims. This training will discuss governing procedural rules, deadlines, and strategies at the Board of Immigration Appeals. This training will also include tips for writing effective and compelling appellate briefs.
