This CLE is intended to provide an overview to attorneys and other legal professionals regarding the laws and procedures governing asylum applications before the asylum office and immigration court. The CLE will also cover best practices for working with low income individuals and trauma survivors. This is a good opportunity to learn the information necessary to take on a pro bono case with The Advocates for Human Rights.
