The Center for Gender & Refugee Studies invites you to attend a free webinar on the Attorney General’s opinion in the Matter of A-B-. The training will provide an overview and analysis of the decision. The training will discuss strategies for litigating successful claims, with a focus on claims involving gender-based persecution. It will set forth some considerations for litigants at the various stages from the Asylum Office to the Immigration Courts to cases on appeal following the decision in A-B-. This is an advanced training for attorneys familiar with asylum law. A written advisory will be released shortly following the webinar further fleshing out the themes covered.
