This training is the first of a two-part series and will focus on the initial stages of removal proceedings for asylum seekers including preparation for the initial master calendar hearing. Participants will learn how to conduct client interviews and prepare asylum applications with individuals who have experienced significant trauma and are in removal proceedings.
