• Stephen R. Pattison (dl), Washington, DC
  Stephen R. Pattison is Senior Counsel with Maggio and Kattar in Washington DC and previously served for twenty eight years in the Department of State as a consular officer and manager. He is the immediate past chair of the Rome District Chapter and a member of the Global Steering Group and the AILA Department of State Liaison committee. Mr. Pattison received his BA from Southern Methodist University and his JD from the University of Texas School of Law in 1978. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Bar of the District of Columbia.
• Lisa R. Donaldson, AILA Texas Service Center Liaison Committee Chair, El Paso, TX
  Lisa R. Donaldson is a senior counsel with Cox Smith Matthews. She has served on AILA's Texas Service Center liaison committee since 2010, and is currently serving as Chair, and is a member of the Service Center Operations Liaison Committee. In addition, she was the AILA Texas Chapter DHS Liaison in El Paso, TX from 2010-2013. Ms. Donaldson received her J.D. from Columbia University School of Law, in New York. (1999).
• Diana McFarland, Omaha, NE
  Diana Morales McFarland graduated from Creighton University School of Law in 2008 with a certificate of concentration in Business Law. She was admitted to the Texas bar in 2008. Ms. Morales McFarland was previously the regional attorney for Justice For Our Neighbors, a non-profit organization specializing in legal immigration services. She joined Peck Law Firm in October of 2010 where she specializes in removal and family based immigration cases.
