TPS Extension for El Salvador, Haiti, Honduras, Nepal, Nicaragua and Sudan

USCIS will extend, through Oct. 4, 2021, Temporary Protected Status (TPS) and the validity of certain TPS-related documentation (Form I-766, Employment Authorization Documents (EADs); Forms I-797, Notice of Action; and Forms I-94, Arrival/Departure Record) for beneficiaries under the TPS designations for El Salvador, Haiti, Honduras, Nepal, Nicaragua and Sudan, provided that the affected beneficiaries remain individually eligible for TPS. Beneficiaries under these TPS designations may also apply for new EADs, if they wish, according to the procedures set forth in the Dec. 9, 2020, Federal Register notice (FRN).
