Church World Service (CWS) monitors U.S. public policy and collaborates with advocacy partners in refugee resettlement and protection organizations in order to build a more welcoming and hospitable community for immigrants in the United States. The CWS South Florida Legal Department provides legal assistance for applications such as legal permanent residence, employment authorization documents, family petitions, and naturalization. CWS’s attorneys also represent clients in Immigration Court, before the Board of Immigration Appeals, and before the US Citizenship and Immigration Services.
