The Victim Rights Law Center provides free legal assistance with T and U visas (for victims of trafficking and other serious crimes) to sexual assault survivors who live in Oregon. We offer additional immigration legal services (like VAWA, SIJS, asylum, AOS, DACA, and naturalization) to sexual assault survivors who live, work, go to school, or were assaulted in the Oregon counties of Clackamas, Multnomah and Washington.

Types of immigration legal services provided: Help completing forms, Filings with USCIS, Representation at Asylum Interviews (Credible Fear Interviews, Reasonable Fear Interviews), Representation before the Immigration Court, Representation before the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), Federal court appeals
