The Immigration Counseling and Advocacy Program (ICAP) of Lutheran Community Services Northwest (LCSNW) is a non-profit program. ICAP started in response to the growing range of immigration related needs of the Latino population in Yamhill County. Our affordable services allows eligible individuals and families to adjust their immigration status. LCSNW along with the ongoing support of local businesses, wineries, and community provides a wide range of services for our immigrant community. Prior to our program, there had not been such services provided at low-cost to our Yamhill County immigrant community.
