The Tahirih Justice Center is a national, nonprofit organization that serves immigrant survivors fleeing domestic violence, sexual assault/abuse, trafficking, stalking, and persecution or torture because of their gender, sexual orientation, or gender identity. By amplifying the experiences of survivors in communities, courts, and Congress, Tahirih’s mission is to create a world in which all people share equal rights and live in safety and with dignity.. Our Baltimore office provides clients across the state of Maryland with pro bono holistic legal and social services.
