Elon University School of Law, Humanitarian Immigration Law Clinic
The clinic provides immigration legal representation to refugees, asylees, asylum seekers, Afghan/Iraqi special immigrants, certain Cuban/ Haitian entrants, certified crime victims, and victims of trafficking. The clinic serves 400-600 individuals per year with immigration benefits representation, including affirmative asylum, adjustment of status, refugee/asylee family reunification, naturalization, and humanitarian parole.
