Catholic Charities of Portland provides high quality immigration legal services to low-income immigrants and refugees. In addition, we provide educational programs and tools for the public and engage in community outreach in order to promote justice for incoming refugees and immigrants.

Adjustment of Status, Asylum applications, Consular Processing, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), Employment authorization, Employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant petitions, Family-based petitions, NACARA, Naturalization/Citizenship, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status, T visas, Temporary Protected Status (TPS), U visas, Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) petitions |
