The Capital Area Immigrants’ Rights (CAIR) Coalition strives to ensure equal justice for all immigrant men, women, and children at risk of detention and deportation in the DC metropolitan area and beyond. CAIR Coalition provides legal services to adults held in the custody of Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) in Virginia and Maryland and to unaccompanied minors who are held in the custody of the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) in Virginia and Maryland.
