Access To Law, Inc. is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit foundation dedicated to ensuring that no vulnerable person goes without Access To Law, based solely on inability to pay. They concentrate nationwide on federal areas such as immigration relief through deportation defense (Cancellation of Removal, Waivers, Asylum) and affirmative family petitions (I-130, I-485 Adjustments), as well as Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS) and Unaccompanied Alien Children Asylum (UAC). This organization will provide services for U-visa, T-visa, TPS, and more. Based in Norcross and a second office in Tifton, and serving Georgia and the Southeast, our mission is to protect vulnerable people from the inequalities that are common to the complex U.S. legal system.
