George Washington University - Immigration Clinic
The Immigration Clinic at George Washington University School of Law provides legal representation to noncitizens in the DC-area. The Clinic represents individuals before the Sterling, Annandale, and Hyattsville Immigration Courts, USCIS in Fairfax, VA, and the Arlington Asylum Office. Our focus is on humanitarian forms of relief, with any emphasis on asylum (both affirmative and defensive) and family-based petitions; employment-based cases are not handled at the Clinic. Non-detained cases only. Intakes are only open during the fall and spring academic semesters.
