Defending the AU Dream Initiative's ("AU Dream") provides free immigration legal services to DMV area higher ed students. This includes undocumented, DACAmented and documented non-citizen undergraduate and graduate students who are currently enrolled in universities or colleges in the DC metropolitan area. On a case-by-case, services may extend to family members of students and international students with humanitarian claims. AU Dream is part of the Immigrant Justice Clinic. AU Dream provides free general consultations and limited or full legal representation. We represent students in removal proceedings.
